I think for bowl games most bands don't travel. I think our band actually has it pretty good compared to other conferences.

Ah got it, different approach. I dunno if the team as a program would survive in good enough shape to make that move. Like say you have a bunch of bad seasons because you're not paying squat, and guys start to bail ... and now you put all your chips on the table? Not sure who wants a part of...

I'm not sure how convincing "we can pay you for ... a year" is to players.

Would like to see a change on the offensive side of things. Been a solid 2 years of ... ehhhhh, and we finished near the bottom of the conference in offense.

Or maybe have lots of bowls and folks who don't like it ... just watch the ones they like?

I'm not sure PJ is fundamentally opposed to players chasing the money. I think he believes it should be more than that, but we've had guys supposedly leave for the money and PJ say good things about them too. Just like a job it's the money, but you can also chase the money to a place where...

I was pounding away trying to make the Rate bowl work with my schedule and it just won't work. Stinks if we get that one, I wanted to go to a bowl game this year but the 26th is just a terrible day to have it on with family and etc obligations.
