My guide says 6pm - 11pm, which matches the press release in Post #67 above. The guide also says that they are going to repeat it right after, so I think it shouldn't be a problem to extend through Willie.

The way I am seeing it is everyone starting with Chesney through Young will be on the CNN coverage (6pm - 11pm Central). I would think they would go long to include Willie. I presume the TV schedule was announced before Dylan joined in and juggled the lineup.
