Minnesota got another year of Drake Lindsey, he said he will be back next season on Mike Grimm's podcast!
Honestly just think he needs a tight end. Our receivers are pretty good if the young talent plays.Just need to shore up the OL and get him some targets to throw to.
Disagree strongly. He had a very good year for a freshman (redshirt). Plenty of schools would like to have him knowing he's got 2 or 3 years left. One of them to our immediate East.I am certainly glad
But having said that I really don’t think this one was a big question.
I have trouble believing that there was a huge bidding war or really many bids for Drake. I don’t think this years offensive performance would have earned a lot of interest. That’s not a slight on Drake, just a perception of what moves that “market”.
I think Wisconsin would be even higher than that.Disagree strongly. He had a very good year for a freshman (redshirt). Plenty of schools would like to have him knowing he's got 2 or 3 years left. One of them to our immediate East.
Two words: Elijah HawkinsBreath easy for another 12 months.![]()

Martino, Coleman and Blassingame are all tall 4️ receivers.
They also have Tracy, Smith, and Nuke (who they speak highly of).
They’ll need a few more bodies from the portal, but if they don’t land any high/immediate impact players at the WR position I think it’s fine
I am certainly glad

I won't breath easy until practice starts in the fall.
I wonder if those kid's NIL ever get's adjusted ....He’s better than the Michigan kid. And he makes $3 mil.

We're going into year three of this experiment, which I learned about for the first time when PJ was brought up during the Vikings game in Seattle. It helps explain some of what we've seen in the past two years. I'm curious if it doesn't change if we see similar results in year 3?Should help attracting transfers when you've got a stud QB lined up.
Edit: Really great interview. Young man is grounded. I think I gained a new appreciation for Harbaugh and what they are trying to do. Going to more of a pro set is going to help with future recruits looking to get to the next level.
I thought he ran out of eligibility. Two words: Elijah Hawkins

Where are you seeing he entered the portal, or stated intentions of entering?I wonder if those kid's NIL ever get's adjusted ....
Raiola got big money, roughly around Drake's level this year and he hit the portal, I assume got "fired".
Need just one or two transfer in for the OL, plus a proven WRBreath easy for another 12 months.![]()
Agree. We had pretty good receivers, but we didnt have the type of receivers that could get a ton of separation or just go and out-athlete a defender. I think we'll have that next year if Coleman can make the jump. I believe he was a top 100 player coming out of HS.Honestly just think he needs a tight end. Our receivers are pretty good if the young talent plays.

Is that TE from UMD going to sign? I watched UMD games this year and he was head and shoulders above the rest!Honestly just think he needs a tight end. Our receivers are pretty good if the young talent plays.

Sorry, I'm going to need to see that confirmed on X or hear it on a podcast to believe it. It's like you're only 100% back for next year at this point.I'll be back next year too.
