Have you checked out Lansu's GPA and standardized test scores? Off the charts.

Beyond a certain physical threshold, the QB position is fundamentally mental.

I've got a good feeling with Owen. The same sort of feeling I had when Max used the term "universal concept."

Owen will prove to have been an outstanding recruit.
 











So I was just at a brewery in Humboldt, IA. A guy walked in with a Gopher hat on, so I stuck up a conversation. Turns out he's from Jackson. I asked him about Voss, and and he said he knows the family. I asked him about our chances of landing him, and he indicated they weren't good. He said he's most likely to go to the highest bidder. That was a bit of a downer, I hope he's misinformed!

Well I assume that wouldn’t be Iowa either at least.
 


Local kid with a lot of upside visits soon. Would love to take a flier on him if there’s space.

If I'm reading it correctly, he just visited here and is planning on announcing before he visits the other places. Factor in any TM2 influence and it seems like he will probably commit to us.

I guess we'll find out soon. If he does commit then cancels his OVs, I'll feel much more confident about him.

Is this based only off the 247 "warm, cold" ratings or is there more? Those rating are solely based off of scheduled official visits, which he didn't have here, but visited unofficially and then is immediately announcing. Feels like good omens all around.

It's hard to imagine a kid committing based on an unofficial. With the NIL Sparty and IU can dish out, it could be a dollars decision. I'll be happy to be wrong if he commits to be a Gopher. Just not really feeling it.

Well he hasn't taken an official visit anywhere, so wherever he's committing, it it based on the unofficial.
