I think he was a big part in the fundraising for the Athletes Village, I am not sure the facilities would have ever been built without the work he did.

Fleck keeps claiming he has to rebuild a Minnesota Football team that went to 5 straight bowl games and 9 wins...are you kidding me? Now fires the DC! It's obvious he is in way over his head. Spend more of your effort on coaching than self-promoting!!!!

Fleck seems very loyal to Western Michigan, but what about all their recruits flipping? Not sure how that is thought of in the coaching world. Wonder what the former employer thinks of this. An obvious discussion point.
