The 12th is my birthday and the best gift ever would be getting that axe. Watching former badger Kim royston take it away from them.
 

I can't wait to vomit all over my computer when that @#$^*!*^ banner goes up tommorrow...

We agreed to an annual bet with BuckyVille for the banner. When they beat us in 2009 we put the banner up the Sunday after the game and the Sunday leading up to the game in 2010 as agreed upon. For whatever reason, they never sent us a banner to put up after the 2010 game so we didn't put anything up and weren't going to ask for one.

We will need help from the Photoshop experts on GopherHole Saturday night when we design ours next week to be put on on BuckyVille next Sunday.
 

I scanned a thread on the Buckyville site that said they are worried about the Gopher game here. I really think the Gophers will win this game! The Gophers are playing so much better lately and will be winners this Saturday! Go Gophers!

Not as bad as Michigan, but worse than MSU game.

They nearly won today against a higher ranked team on the road. Thinking that the Gophs have a legitimate shot at winning this game is not absurd by any means.

Hey, there's always a few ultra-optimists in every family. Of course the gophs can win, but I won't be betting on it.

Impossible? There's been bigger upsets than this one that have played out. The gophs lost to MSU by 7, Wisco by 6. Strange things can happen.

For starters, becky's offense will not matchup against the Gopher offense...

If Gray can move the ball like he did against Michigan State, have some sustained drives, and put up some points, the Gophs can make it interesting. Keep it close, within a score going into the fourth quarter and anything can happen. Do I think the Gophs are going to win, no, but with no turnovers and Gray having a good day they have a chance.

Yeah, personally I don't even see why they play the games at all. They should just look at the matchups each week and figure out who will win the game. That would save a lot of money on airfares too.

I'm not going to lie, I don't appreciate the Badger fans that act as if there is zero chance Minnesota can win or keep this game competitive.

Wisconsin's defense is very much average. If Gray plays within his skill set like the last two games, Minnesota will move the ball on UW. Minnesota will need to move the ball on sustained drives, because I just don't see the UW offense scoring less than 35-40 points.

Also, even though Wisconsin's two previous B10 road games were at night, in extremely hostile environments against better opponents, UW is still playing on the road and hasn't proven this year that they can execute as well as expected.

Also, last three games in Minnesota: UW 31 UM 28; UW 41 UM 34; UW 38 UM 34

And those are games against some pretty bad Minnesota teams.

I still think UW wins pretty easily, but don't agree with the badger fans that think UW has no chance of losing this game. I see something like 42-24.
