I personally think it's kinda weird and lost the novelty like 37 times ago. I don't think the program should ever be about the persona of the coach more than anything else. Fleck is just not my cup of tea, is all.

I mean the easy solution for that is to just not watch the video . Most teams don't post a lot of locker room video, the Gophers do because this one is fun visually and somewhat unique.

Every team celebrates in the locker room after wins because the game is physical and winning is hard. There are fans that want the celebration level to match the quality of the opponent but I am glad that is not the way the team views things.
