Taylor University Silent Night Videos

Amazing. Was it hard to get into the game? I imagine it's hard to get tickets/admission since it's such a small gym.

Nearly impossible to get in, we emailed their SID in June and they hooked us up. Their AD and President of the University came up and thanked us for coming. Incredible experience all around.

I would love to see how disciplined the students are. Would they remain silent if there was a fight or a streaker or something?

The mighty MBI Archers fall to Taylor University, 113-33. Seems like the entertainment was in the stands rather than on the court.
It looks like the students had fun.

Hold on......when TU scores their tenth point of the game.....the students rush the floor? As the game is happening? The rest of this stuff is neat. But that seems reckless and stupid.

If this were D1, I would say yes. This is either D3 or NAIA level with neither team having any national championship aspirations. Every player knows what is happening and gets out of the way. So, it is reckless and stupid, but that's part of the fun of this event.

Agree. I'm sure they all understand and agree. But why the 10th point? What's the significance?

I don't really think division matters here. But I suppose if the opposing team agrees to play this event.....then I suppose there is no issue.

The opponent, Moody Bible Institute (MBI) is in Division 2 of the National Christian College Athletic Association (yes, there are 2 divisions). I don’t think there was much at stake here other than a fun night for Taylor.
