All Things 2025 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

That’s par for the course. Freak out and waste a TO for no reason. Counting is hard.

I mean the qb needs to throw the swing that is WIDE OPEN and you stay ahead of the chains. McCarthy is back to not processing anywhere quickly enough
I don’t disagree but that’s what JJM is right now. The running game is working, use it.

He can’t keep calling plays like he has a veteran QB running the show.

What the actual fuck has to happen before KOC tries something else? How bad does McCarthy have to be?

Well Niko only got 6 games, so I guess it's fair to pull the plug on McCarthy too.
Niko was a pretty meager hire.
McCarthy isn't currently an NFL QB.

Wait 4 years again? That's your plan?

So is the much talked about “number 9” persona. If so he needs another one cause this one can’t make decisions either.

For McCarthy? No. They will bring in a better QB2 and make a decision by the end of next season.

For Niko, people bailing on him this early are just ridiculous.
The end of next season?

And for the record I'm not "bailing on Niko this early." I never got on board. Weak, easy hire that will predictably fail. Easy call.

The end of next season?
At the latest. He might be on the Anthony Richardson plan if the rest of this season goes like this and lose a competition in training camp next year.
