Brosmer is playing tonight…

Do the Vikes have to pay Max more if he plays? Only thing that makes any sense.

Wentz is really bad

Vikings will be unwatchable by mid November if he continues to be the QB

I like KOC but playing Wentz who either is really in bad pain or deserves an academy is coaching malpractice at this point. Beyond the obvious Wentz is not acting like a team leader.

Didn't see a lot but Wentz was certainly smiling more than I would expect.

Plus, who's the lapdog at his side? His BFF from gradeschool?
Assume the lapdog you are referring to is QB coach Josh McCown. They did catch those two in a couple of odd interactions given the way the game was going.

Wentz made the decision to go back to JJ next week an easy one but if he struggles or gets hurt again it wouldn't shock me to see them give Max a crack at the job at that point.

Wentz is a decent QB but there is a reason he has played for 6 different teams over the past 6 seasons.

I dunno about that anymore...

When it comes to strategy and games I tend to be more conservative, but I am more skeptical of the NFL coach's desire to play an old vet like Wentz .... when he plays like that.

Like you presumably pick up these guys because they'll at least make the obvious passes and not make rookie screw ups. But that's been what Wentz does.

Wentz ... doesn't seem that different than having a rookie sling it ...
