Hopefully the Defense is thinking challenge accepted.I can't believe he would say such inflammatory things!

Since the Jacks are sort of my adopted FCS team due to my daughter, I have seen him play a few times over the years. He's a gritty guy but cannot be trusted to beat you with his arm. I view him as a quicker Mitch Leidner. Stack the box, leave a spy and let him take his chances. They might convert a few but he could easily overshoot a wide open receiver as well.
I haven't watched any Iowa football this year. Does he do a ton of designed runs or is it a lot of scrambling?Gronowski has as many rushing attempts as their top RB with 67. That is a lot of hits for a QB to take in a conference like the Big Ten and if he goes down they are in a lot of trouble.
Haven't seen a ton of their games either but I think a majority of his carries are designed runs. They are very one dimensional on offense, especially in Big Ten games.I haven't watched any Iowa football this year. Does he do a ton of designed runs or is it a lot of scrambling?

Nice!I haven't seen them either ....
Are we sure they are even playing games this year!??!?!!?
Quick enough?Emmanuel Karmo the spy?
he’s definitely quick enough, but so far I think hes only played around 10-14 snaps a game. It would be a big step up.Quick enough?
Quick enough?
To answer your question, I've seen ZERO film/ tape of Gronowski. I'm not even sure if he came from the University of South Dakota or SDSU.lol. Unless you haven’t seen Gronowski—then yes—Karmo plenty fast and quick.
Gronowski isn’t an efficient runner. He’s just a terrible passer. Outside of a 67 yard run against PSU his longest in big play was 11. And his long against IU and Illinois were 5 and 3, respectively.
FWIW, Gronowski also had a 38-yard run against PSU, in addition to his 67-yard run. He also has 7 rushing TDs in conference play.lol. Unless you haven’t seen Gronowski—then yes—Karmo plenty fast and quick.

He ran well against one team. He averages 2.79 yards per carry this season outside of the PSU game
That actually not so bad for a QB because the sack yards are deducted from the total rushing yards. For example, Drake has -34 rushing yards on the season for an average of -2.3 yards per carry.
Gronowski needs to meet Kingsbury straight up a few times …Since the Jacks are sort of my adopted FCS team due to my daughter, I have seen him play a few times over the years. Once should do from what I've witnessed.Gronowski needs to meet Kingsbury straight up a few times …
it's a mix. Prior to the PSU game, most of the designed runs came near the goal line, where he's been very good. Against PSU, the two big runs from Gronowski came off QB draw and a designed QB power.I haven't watched any Iowa football this year. Does he do a ton of designed runs or is it a lot of scrambling?
I am not a betting person but I wouldn't bet on any Gopher games this year. I just don't know which team will show up.it's a mix. Him being a threat in the run game has helped Iowa's non-QB run game as well when running out of the gun. D-end has to honor the QB keeping the ball. Nothing earth-shattering, but Iowa just hasn't had this option at QB in forever.
He will do some scrambling as well. Iowa QB's have been sacked just 9 times all year (what the Gophers got against Raiola in one game). Should be a good game. Line seems way too high to me.
So did JJ and he’s been out two months…When did Gronowski hurt his knee? Looked fine running the ball in the 4th quarter Saturday.
