Honestly, it's probably a good thing that McCarthy is going to sit while the O-Line is in the toilet and all banged up.
So after what I saw from the gophers and vikings this weekendNot ideal for the long term, but probably improves our odds much better here in week 3.
I am also thinking this is a rare Saturday/Sunday where I may get outside and not think much about football. So after what I saw from the gophers and vikings this weekend
There is no gopher game this weekend and friggin Carson wentz is starting.
Bring on the Timberwolves!
An ankle sprain or an "ankle sprain"?It's Carson Wentz time against Cincinnati, baby. Oh boy
The entire "Shanahan" coaching tree (Kyle, McVey, LaFluer, KOC) calls their own plays. Except Mike Shanahan didn't. He let Kubiak call the plays most of the years in Denver and Kyle in Washington.I said it last year and I’ll say it again, KOC is not a good play caller and needs to give up that responsibility.

They have a bye after the Europe games. No reason to bring him back before that.Schefter is reporting that JJM is expected to miss 2-4 games with a high ankle sprain.
Santy chance the ankle impacted his play last night???Schefter is reporting that JJM is expected to miss 2-4 games with a high ankle sprain.
well it happened late in the 3rd and his drives after wereSanty chance the ankle impacted his play last night???
Thanks, I was snoozing by then!!well it happened late in the 3rd and his drives after were
Drive 1: sack fumble
Drive 2: missed bomb to Nailor (that should've been a TD)
Drive 3: inc pass, pass for 12, pass for 22, desperation pick where i think he thought he had a free play
so seems overall pretty similar
Woo CowboyA list of Vikings starters out (or likely out) for Week 3:
Skule is out with apparently with a concussion (his backup replaced him in the game), per the video I posted this morning, when KOC discussed the injuries from the game.McCarthy
Jones, Sr.
Addison
Darrisaw
He’ll also play Sunday; he knows we can’t go 1-2Kelly
Cashman
Van Ginkle
Okudah
Harrison
Walk off the ledge now and go to your happy placeThat's 42% of our starters on offense and defense.
I really had no expectations going into the season with a rookie QB that I thought was a 2nd Round Pick coming out of the Draft and coming back from a serious injury.Woo Cowboy

No way Darisaw doesn’t play Sunday

What have been your previous expectations?Fantasy Football has been my saving grace as a Vikings fan for far too many seasons over the years.
I almost always have a certain level of "hope" for the Vikings except during the Ponder years. I've just found that playing Fantasy Football is a far more reliable source of satisfaction. What have been your previous expectations?
PA loved Ponder.I almost always have a certain level of "hope" for the Vikings except during the Ponder years. I've just found that playing Fantasy Football is a far more reliable source of satisfaction.
I'm convinced that folks that cheer for struggling teams gamble a lot more to keep their interest in the NFL high.![]()
Many of the same people who loved Ponder also loved Teddy Bridgewater and now love JJM.PA loved Ponder.
Correction...PA loved Ponder's wife. Whatever happened to that little biscuit?PA loved Ponder.
Well he is thoughtful.PA loved Ponder.
