***OFFICIAL BUFFALO AT MINNESOTA 2025 SEASON OPENER, FLECK YEAR 9 IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

A couple observations :
1. Drake looks good, and will be great if we can keep him protected. Just awesome throws, even on the drops. The one pass into double.x average at the end of the half was his worst pass by far but overall we'll be in good shape, kid is a slinger and has some nice touch.
2. A two minute offense?!? Good for you PJ.
3. Great student section, as has been the norm under Fleck's tenure

Nah. They've looked fine. Didn't convert on 4th and 1 deep in Buffalo territory. And then a freak INT.....also deep in Buffalo territory led to their only points so far.
Yup. It’s unfortunate they’re only up 7, but they’re obviously dominating the game in every facet. KEY errors though. Two bad drops, the failed 4th down with a foot to go, the fluke INT. One lackluster drive by the D where Buffalo schemed a couple easy throws and popped a run.

I predict a 27 - 10 win

First half review.. Defense playing well. Good special teams. Worried about the run blocking. Hopefully this isn't a season long issue. Drake appears to have the talent. A little gunslinger in him. A couple questionable throws late. The wide receivers need to make some more plays to help Drake. Make a nice drive to start the 3rd and open this thing up a little.

Frustrating game. Defense has been mostly lights out. Better than I expected them to be at this point and special teams have been good. Offense has moved the ball all right but struggling to finish. Drake has looked pretty good for most of the game but not so much in the last few minutes.

Can tell the OL needs to gel running the ball. They’re not communicating slants at all and Murdoch is just wrecking the running game. Dudes a really good player

I'm not super upset with the o line at this point. They'll take a couple of games to gel, once we hit conference play we need them to be figured out
They have missed a lot of assignments and 2 from Buffalo has been by far the best player on the field.
