I saw Kansas plays Thursday and then next Friday. They'll have 2 games before most teams even play 1.

Randomly & fondly remembering the ‘89 season (not the OSU meltdown) which began and ended with road wins at Iowa State and Iowa. Basketball team did its part sweeping Iowa and beating Northern Iowa in the NCAA tournament. (For good measure there was also a basketball win at Kansas State—with Walter Bond playing the game of his life.)
