Iowa offered DE Wyatt Gilmore from Rogers today; Gophs, Iowa State, Mizzou, KU, bunch of MAC's in on him as well.

Hawkeyes also offered Irondale OL Emerson Mandell this week; Gophs, Cyclones, Jayhawks, and Orange were in on him already.

Agree. There is some nice 2024 talent that hopefully Fleck and staff can wrap up sooner than later. Top 4 all seem to be MN leans early according to on3.com.

Freitag =100% prediction
Gilmore= 93%
Carrier is committed
Abasiri=90%

7 total offers with Esko (S), Coon Rapids (Ath), and Irondale (OL)

Coon Rapids athlete Khijohn Cummings-Coleman has MN, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas offers already:

Prior Lake defensive lineman Jide Abasiri has the same four offers with MN, IA, ISU, KU

Also, Kindred (ND) offer to Riley Sunram...Duke, Clones, Jayhawks, Hurricanes, Huskers, and Gophs in on him

There's seven total listed in 247. All 3*. Is that considered a nice in-state class?

Too early to really say what the full in-state group will look like from Minnesota. But multiple guys are getting power 5 offers so that is a pretty good sign that there is a decent crop of in-state guys for 2024.

I think that’s pretty good at this point for Minnesota. We only offered ten this past year I think. Doesn’t look like much as far as high end talent, but depth looks like it will decent.

It’s interesting how few are at 6a schools.

That's great as long as Fleck finds some high end talent elsewhere.

So same as every other year then. Always have to look outside the state for much of the high end talent.

Yeah, most of the time. He needs to secure those high end players when they are in state, though.
