***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA VS SYRACUSE PINSTRIPE BOWL IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

BOOM! Redding returns the KO deep into the heart of 'Cuse territory.

Redding with the big return, seems to break one every once and awhile

KO return....the old "fake the fake" for a big gain

The way people are complaining on here today, you'd think the Gophers were a 6-6 team and were losing by 3 TD's.
They have been dominated for the past 2 quarters so I guess I understand where people are coming from and since it's a message board and this is a game thread, people will comment about what they see on the field.

They had them where they wanted them but then the Defense stopped making plays, outside of course, the one big play.

They need to have a sustained offensive drive right here.

Is an attempted horse collar tackle a penalty? Or is it only a penalty if they actually take him down?

The Vikings used to do that all the time too. It's not just the gophers.
Nothing frustrates me more than throwing a short pass or behind the line of scrimmage on 3rd and long. Yes the Vikings did that often last year.

For all the doom and gloom the Gophers are solidly winning over a P5 bowl team that won almost all their games with their starting QB
