Tim Brewster following Deion to Colorado

All in on recruiting and salesmanship.

Hoping they can 4/5* bootstrap themselves into the PAC championship game next year.

If Colorado has boosters to support a NIL program that can do that ...... then where have they been the last X years??

I don't think the money will be there. So it will be purely on how well they can sell these deep southern players on everything else to get them up to Boulder.

Downtown Denver to Boulder is around 28 miles. Roughly about like driving from downtown Mpls to the Albertville Outlets.

You mean Coach Prime is bring Brewster... Alo Coach Prime announced his starting qb his son Shedeur Sanders.

I always kinda wanted Tim back as a TE coach.

I don't know if he's PJ's kinda guy but Tim was always positive and seemed like a fun guy. Not a great HC, but you try, fail, learn, and improve your best, so I have trouble blaming him for that.

  • Coach Prime was named the next head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes.
  • In his first meeting with his new players, Sanders promised change within the program, telling those that weren't ready for the new era to enter the transfer portal.
  • "I want y'all to get ready to go ahead and jump in the portal and do whatever you're gonna get because if more of you jump in, the more room you make," Prime said

I would imagine coach Prime brings alot of money to the table as well. I am sure there some creative accounting that goes on to make all that look legit

Brewster seems like a super recruiter, and appears to know some football. Obviously it didn't work out well in Minneapolis, alas.....

Yep. Here he found out that all those athletes from the Southern states that he got to go to NC and Texas had no interest in coming up to play in Minnesota.

Wasn't a problem again when he went back to warmer climes. He even said that once and he got crucified for it here on Gopher Hole.

Go figure.

Brewster always seemed like a likeable guy, and I felt badly that he failed here. I admit I was skeptical about him from the start, but then I was skeptical about Fleck, too. What do I know.

I always thought that Brew might eventually take another shot at head coaching, even if that meant running a DII team first to build up his resume. But at this point, at his age, HC doesn't seem to be a goal of his.

Probably not that hard. Prime LLC, or something like that, signs NIL deals with players? I made that up, but it's probably all legit per the new rules.

Or Brewster infuses Zim with positivity lol
I wouldn't let Zim near a single kid.

He's a pure X's & O's guy. But he's used to working with grown adult men, who commit themselves to film study and playbook study like they are professional football players.

He'll make the first kid cry on day 1.
