According to this fine journalistic piece, Tim Brewster used to be the Head Coach at Nebraska. I learned something new today.

I would have to wonder about Zimmer on the staff. I too don't think he would be a good teacher and a good fit for college age kids. He needs to stay in the NFL in some compacity. From what I've heard with him at the Vikings, I wouldn't want him around.

If all he did was set the scheme, watch film of the opposing offenses, set the gameplan, give comments on players to their position coaches, etc., never interacting directly with the players, it could work.

Would not want him coaching DB's directly.
