Joe Barry was a disaster of a DC hire in Green Bay after Leonhard turned them down. I bet he gets another bite at that apple this off-season and takes it this time.

The moment they fired Chryst in the middle of the year, it seemed to me like it wasn't going to be Leonhard.

Fickell's a good coach, I hope he's using this to get a raise.

Maybe the transfer portal has to make multiple stops in Madison this off-season.

Curious to see what Fickell would install and what that would mean for the current roster.
 




If Fickell the question is…why Wisconsin? His stock is high, probably a candidate at numerous programs with higher ceilings than WI.

I already mentioned so pardon me for being repetitive but have to think at best for Wisconsin fans this is looked at as a stepping stone job for Fickell. If he leaves it’s an abyss of unknown.

Wonder if he’ll have a Holtz-esque out clause for OSU? That would be ballsy for a team in the same conference, or at least I hope he negotiated that away for significantly more cash.

I don't think Fickell will bite. He could be at OSU in a couple years. Know someone who was neighbors with him. Said it would be very unlikely he would move out of Ohio, maybe only for Irish.

Let’s hope Cincinnati doesn’t consider Rossi for the open job. I doubt it, but gotta think he’s due for a promotion eventually.
