***OFFICIAL CENTRAL MICHIGAN AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Ogele was a flyer. iirc thiam was Johnson's first commit. and like Gaston, neither belonged on a bigten team. is there a better point than how a staff builds its foundation with quality players?

critiquing this staff: two good recruiting classes. that's it. Have you noticed evidence that this staff can coach and develop players? If so, I would love to hear it. i'm a lifelong cubs fan, so i can buy into hope

when johnson was hired i feared recruiting would be down but coaching would be up. looks like the opposite early on
I noticed strong evidence that this staff can coach based on their ability to get a bunch of mid major or lower players to play as a team and go undefeated in non-conference, upset Michigan in Crisler, and hang tough with teams like Michigan State that have historically knocked the snot out of us.

This is where I disagree. If we were going to be a competent B1G team this season, Ramberg and Samuels wouldn't play. TT, Ola Joseph, and Henley should also be playing very sparingly this season.

These guys are fine when we are playing the little sisters of the poor, but the B1G will be a whole different story.
So they finish 13th rather than 14th will show the Big10 their a competent team?

Looking at another box score other than the ESPN, it's showing 13 offensive rebounds for Central Michigan. Still terrible, but nowhere near what was originally thought.

Understood. Thanks.
Looked at this one and was really hoping it was correct. Maybe not though.

Central Michigan site has it just the way you say also.
