There are at least 2 people working on it. I saw someone walking towards the backhoe. Probably walking over to say "Can you dig a little deeper over here?" Are they estimating a 2050 opening?

Not too sure they'll hit the target date...but almost a year ago it was Jan. 2018.

I did as well. If I did a close up, I could see two guys talking and then separating and going in different directions.

The backhoe is parked now and a bobcat is scuttling around the site.

I feel sure that this means we have moved on to the next phase of construction.
