3-6...They've been fun, win or lose. I love the Big Ten! Every game is an event to behold, and it's exciting to participate in the grand traditions of our great conference. Having marched in the Big Ten is a great honor. Go Gophers!

All of the trips were fun despite a lot of losing. Illinois in 2008 was cool not only for the victory but also because we walked around inside Memorial Stadium on Friday night. We drove by, noticed the lights were on and found an open gate on the end of the stadium. A bunch of people on the field throwing footballs around so we went in checked the place. Then we noticed a bunch of people gathered in one of the levels of the new pressbox/suites building so we went up there, too. Turned out they were having a party to celebrate the new renovations of the stadium. And then on Saturday, the Gophers pulled off the upset and I got to see my only Gophers football road (so far).

The way you should look at it: you're 1-1 in non-trophy games. Mix in more Illinois, Northwestern, Purdue and less Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, and you're golden.
