I saw that on another board I post on. Miami's time in the sun is done. They're a really small urban school without much of a real following or alumni base, and poor to non-existent on-campus facilities. As everyone knows, much of their success was due to some shady behavior. During their heyday, they were competing only with UF and FSU for Florida kids. Now they also have to compete with USF, UCF, FAU and FIU in their own state.
 

I wouldn't write them off yet. Florida has a ton of high school talent and it isn't like Florida or Florida St have been in the National Title picture the last 3-4 years (although FSU looks damn good this year). Golden is a good coach who turned around a ready to fold Temple team. My guess is they'll be top 25 again in the 2014 season...
