You aren't going to recognize Bielema this year.

I know everyone wants to rip on fleck for never winning the west. But the year Brohm won it the most talented team was Illinois.
And they lost to two sub .500 teams.

Last year all Illinois had to do to make the playoffs was beat 7-5 MN

This year they just got killed as a top 10 team.
Beilema back to Wisconsin is my prediction

This is the most interesting take on Beilema’s weight loss I have seen.

The Ozempic revolution continues for better or worse
I really think we have a generation that is perpetually pre-diabetic due to continued "improvements" in food processing. They might be developing new food allergies that border on, or mirror, diabetes.

Good for Bielema to do this for himself.

Safe to say Bret has exposed himself to all the potential food allergies. Quacks may take issue but seems like some combo of obesity, genetics, sedentary lifestyle, and chronic inflammation from XYZ - including but not limited to food

Is it safe to say some Americans would rather die early, lose limbs, go blind…than give up their junk food or go for a walk. Absolutely. So Ozempic FTW. Bret has another 100 pounds to go but nice progress.
