Granted it was indirect...
From the rumors section: "Matt O'Connell of GopherIllustrated confirmed in a Friday tweet: 'I think they would love to land Golden, just not so sure that they can. His name was hot yesterday, nothing confirmed though.'"
Maybe someday ESPN will have the investigative reporting abilities of GopherHole. For the time being though we are clearly in a league of our own.
