Rob Dillingham and Terrence Shannon Jr. will play in the NBA Summer League for the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves revealed the full Summer League roster on Thursday, and it includes the two 2024 first-round picks who are both expected to play key roles for Minnesota during the 2025-26 season.

Summer League can be fun to go to in person; not so much for the basketball but the informal atmosphere and all the league execs and former players walking around and so easily accessible.

I haven't gone in a very long time because it's not that great and honestly, in LV, it's hot as hell and I don't feel like going down to Thomas & Mack to go check it out.

I went a few years ago and really enjoyed it. It's almost like AAU tournaments with NBA players.

Massive overreaction and likely meaningless, but Beringer looked a lot more "NBA ready" than Derrick Queen did. Reminded me of a skinnier Jarrett Allen with much better leaping ability

If he can rebound and dunk, he looks like he can play. The blocks were obviously nice, but he is really long and all over the place on defense.

Agreed. It's one thing to be 7'0" and bouncy, but that man can cover an elite amount of space.

100%. If you can move like that at his height and you can catch a pass. . . you're in the NBA.

Berenger doesn't have a post up game yet. That means Saturday night the wolves' perimeter players made almost no effort to get him the ball. Berenger is really fast. He gets up and down the court at the same speed as quick guards. Zikarsky made a couple of nifty plays--a no look interior pass and an eight foot jumper that looked smooth and natural. He's got skills...and slow feet.

Today was Dillingham's best game as a Timberwolf. Played with strength and confidence. Good to see.
