I have no idea where the disconnect was but Leidner definitely had his worst year as a quarterback this year. Weber was the quarterback whisperer. I don't think that resume was enhanced much either making his QB coaching job prospects likely at a lower level.

Sure hope he got his degree, because his days of slinging footballs to opposing players is over.
