Will not hiring Kill in some capacity come back to kick UM?

I think the most ironic part of this whole conversation is that Coach Kill wanted to be the liaison between the AD and the head coach. But he wouldn't deal directly with Teague, thus he needed a liaison. What's to say he would have gotten along with Coyle? If not, would the U have had to hire a liaison to the liaison???

I always wondered the same thing.

Jerry is a great dude but he always seemed a bit cagey when it came to the administration and that gave me the impression that he didn't really get along with them. Granted not getting along with MEGATOUNGE isn't a bad thing, but if you're going to be an administrator / liaison and no longer king of your own little empire you gotta get along with guys you don't like. At a big school where football isn't king and there are a ton of administrators, that's gonna be a challenge. Not sure that would be a great role for Jerry at least at Minnesota. Elsewhere it could be a great fit.

No ****.

The linemen seem to be happy with the direction that Bart Miller is taking them.
Everyone here seems to be happy that Limey is no longer calling plays.
We were worried about Sawvel leaving to take a DC job somewhere.

Why isn't the question - Was Kill leaving a blessing?

Yes ****

All those points have already been analyzed/discussed to death in previous posts. All this is rehash.
