why won't video load up?

For some reason lately when I try to post a video, through the 'insert video', all I get is the link posted. Won't load up. Can't figure it out.

some video formats aren't supported on here with an embed, you have to link to the video, but youtube is embeddable.

Station19, make sure you click on the little logo that is on the tab above where you post. It is the second to last one on the right. It will pop up, and then place the YouTube link in there.

Are you talking about the little 'insert video' icon? The one just to the right of 'insert image'? I've been doing that for years, but now it doesn't work.

Frustrated.

Station19, something is off on your end. I have posted YouTube video on the hoops board and now this thread using the "Insert Video" link with YouTube. Make sure you grab the URL from YouTube.

copy url and paste..........on 'insert video'.....and then OK
