1) Ignorant of local geography and how to design & adapt schemes to suit the available talent
2) With that silly fake Texas accent (he's from Jersey), he's all hat, no cattle
3) Clueless trend-chaser ("we're go run the spread", no wait, make that pro-style, no wait...)
4) Consistent lack of game preparation
5) Unable to assemble, let alone maintain, a coherent staff
6) Piss poor clock & game manager
7) Consistently idiotic & predictable play calling
8) Unable to make effective halftime adjustments
9) A whole array of humiliating losses that would make Indiana blush
10) Virtually zero wins against favored teams
11) Literally zero wins against rivals
12) Lack of discipline on and off the field
13) Overrated recruiting, and way too much emphasis on it over player development
14) Total inability to teach and develop players no matter their skill level
15) Has turned MN into one of the worst teams in BCS football
16) Zero evidence of even the faintest glimmer of improvement in any of the above in FOUR YEARS
