Why did Brew think Weber was serviceable?

oh yea, Eric Decker. I could be an all-american throwing to him too. since decker has been out, both of the past two seasons, weber has shown how good *cough* of a quarterback he really is. I am shuddering at the thought of another year of him, this time without decker full time.
