Why are the coaches leaving Wisc?

We have predicted Wisconsin's demise way too many times on this board (and by "we", I mostly mean Ruppert). Let's just assume Wisconsin continues to field the same caliber team, and hope that Kill knows what he doing well enough to surpass them. If Wisconsin does take a step backwards at some point, that's a bonus. However, as a sports fan, I'd rather see my team take steps forward and win by playing great football than sit around hoping that eventually all the teams around us crap the bed or we back into some success when we get some magically easy schedule.

Wisconsin is not on the decline, if anything thing they will be getting better. Bielema let a handful or more NFL talented kids get out of the state with his slow playing of instate kids and bad relationships with City of Milwaukee coaches. Chryst will use the Alvarez blueprint and lock down virtually all the instate talent and has better relationships with instate coaches. When you have a winning program your coaches will always be poached its just the nature of the beast. Soo us Gopher fans need to hope coach Kill can get it done because Wisconsin is not going anywhere anytime soon.
