You know what? I was.

This represents a 180 degree turn from the usual.

:D

Edit: What I did not foresee was that Iowa, outside of Coker, would play like a bunch of pansies.

I thought it could go either way. Three weeks ago I thought there was no chance. Screw Iowa.

I actually said we'd be 3-9 or 4-8, get better as the season went along (for a change) & upset Iowa at season's end. True story! Of course, I also said Brew would be retained despite the poor record for next season.

Now that the game is over....YEAH there was never a doubt in my mind :)

For once, what Art said? Me too. :drink: :drink: :drink: p.s. I also got laid during halftime. The clothes washer was on spin cycle with an unbalanced load. WhooooWhaaaah

I thought we would get crushed. Especially after Iowa lost last week.

I thought we had a very good chance, but I never thought we would be able to "pound the rock" like we did. Imagine if we had this type of game plan from day one this season.

Haha.. I didn't expect much, was hoping for a close game at least, and praying against a showing like we had against Wisconsin.

count me as surprised!

When Stanzi started 4 of 6 I was thinking the D might go back to allowing a 70% completion rate, like the first nine games

he finished at 45.5%. Opponents completion rate for the last three games all under 50%, outstanding transformation by the D (I'm assuming, haven't been able to see any of the games)

I'll stand-up. Never a doubt, well almost never.

24-23 was my call in Huskers thread.
