Who is your Gophers MVP in convincing win over Purdue?

Myrick is a close second.....but consider our offensive woes.....I have to go with Brooks.

I said other because I think the OL played extremely well overall. Best game of the year by far.

Seriously, anybody other than Brooks is delusional or joking

Brooks.....but a tip of my hat to Tyler Moore on a fine first game.

I voted Myrick on the poll, just as a hat tip to his exceptional day. His fist pick led to the touchdown that gave Minnesota its first lead (that they would never relinquish) and then he took one to the house later.

Shannon Brooks provided the big plays for an offense that has sorely lacked them. That run to open the second half was the type of play that gives your team a bunch of energy and demoralizes the opposition.

The defense as a unit. They're the only reason this team has multiple wins at this point. They probably did enough to win the game without the offense taking the field (7-6 into garbage time, with Myricks TD).....and that's not an exaggeration. Think about that. It's astonishing to think that one team could win a B1G game if the bus carrying the offesne got lost and didn't show up to the stadium. That literally could have happened yesterday.

It's not as easy to hold down the Purdue offense (especially at home) as they made it look. They haven't scored fewer than three offesnive TDs or, fewer than 21 points this year (that's to Mich St. @ Sparty last week). Without the garbage time yards and TD, its extremely impressive.

I don't care. I'm just tickled pink that there's at least 10 players who were good enough to be mentioned. Outstanding team effort.

Tyler Moore should be on there.

I can only imagine who 1967 voted for...
