He would be 58 by the time he coaches his first game at Minnesota. I think McCarney is certainly a high floor/low ceiling type of guy.

I don't care if he is 58 - it'd be his last job, and he is EXTREMELY well-regarded in coaching circles as a very, very good coach (even ask ISU fans).
