Sorry, but I think this is a bit over-the-top when Joe just decided to become a Gopher despite the inner call to make his own name and not have to live-up to his brother and uncle. Why not wait until Joe's Gopher career is over? Then take your vote.
 

Dan's problem is he played on some pretty bad teams. Joe should have an advantage of being more of a player fitting in on a good team. By fitting in I mean doing what he does on a high level and letting his teammates do what they do.
