Yes, MSU's pass defense sucks
But I recall many plays in which an MSU player was right in the receivers face. It always goes back to match ups. Their defensive numbers may look bad because they were playing teams with good receivers. That said, I think a lot of credit goes to our wide outs. Making those huge grabs, as someone just said, opened up the middle of the field a bit for NTA.
Some credit should also go to the coaching staff and offensive coordinator for continuing to give Weber some room to make decisions and throw the long pass.
