I'd assess he's still in the late-early/early-mid phase of his career in terms of what would be the life cycle of a coach, he's got a lot of years left and a lot of lessons to learn and build on or build back from. He's shown a lot in my eyes this past season alone in terms of his professional growth, he's a very different dude than when he started here. If he keeps showing he won't get stuck in his ways in terms of poor coaching decisions, I think we'll keep seeing positive results. He's still figuring the game out.I’d really for the most part just like PJ to end up with a record at the end of the year commensurate with with the rest of his program. He hasn’t been able to consistently coach em up and or manage games well enough to maximize what I think his potential is here. Seemed like we had some signs moving in the right direction this year, but even those 9 win seasons, we left a lot of meat on the bone. The rest of his program is rock solid.
