"We got it down to 30 that I like," he said, adding that he plans to announce a top 12 in the near future.

And, for the first time, he says he is ready to name a frontrunner.

"Miami is No. 1," he said.

When asked what made him decide that, Brown said, "They always have been No. 1. I like everything they produce academic-wise."

This kid is going to have to take the Evelyn Wood speed reading course just to sort through all the offers. Great offer list. I'm not holding out much hope that he'll end up with us, but it would be great if he did!
 




If Coach K can a 4* stud RB at this point in his tenure, then he is truly a miracle worker. Only chance is to be patient and play the waiting game late in the 2012 recruiting season hoping that he gets lucky with a late signee.

We don't have a home grown RB that is a stud. At least, we'd have to wait and see if any of the current in state ones develop into a stud. I highly doubt that we'd be this lucky.
