Saw at least two times where he went with his usual knock down hit only to have the player go for more yards. He was on the line on the opposite side for the long TD run. Love the guy although it is a lot of feast or famine with his play at times.

Oh, he'll hit. He just can't tackle. And it's not just him, its a lot of players these days. The d-backs we had during the Kill-Claeys era knew how to wrap their arms and bring a guy down.

Fair enough. His running mate this year 14 isn’t setting the world on fire, either. Both are good players and maybe both were freed up to look better last year because we had two outstanding corners the past couple of years.
