Will TCU fall because of a "poor win"?

Will the Gophers get some votes because of a "good loss"? We currently sit in the "Others Receiving Votes" category with 25 votes in the Coaches Poll.

I'll show myself out...

We are in the B10. TCU might drop a couple spots, depending on other results.

If we were in the SEC, we'd be #23 after a loss like that. TCU would stay at #2.

I think if Bama blows out sconnie, which they probably will, they might swap #2 and #3 with TCU.

I think you added the '2' by accident. We would be #3, not #23. :p

we will get some votes no doubt. However, not sure we crakc the t25

No chance, and we don't deserve it. I do remember one time when ND moved up after a loss (SMH), but I'm fine with us not moving up.

Any talk about a letdown vs. CSU should be out the door right now. This is a team that knows they could have won a huge game and will make a statement on September 12, albeit a smaller statement considering the competition.

Damnit. Better to lose the first game of the year than the last.

TCU stays at #2, most voters realize that MN has a top tier defense and TCU was on the road. When it comes to the gophers, those votes that they got will be gone. Simply put the voters will realize you cant possibly be a top 25 team with a QB that can not throw a spiral.

I wouldn't like it if our rank went UP for losing to a good team. Keep us where we are or drop us. We'll win next time.
