Maybe he thinks going for a TD is too risky so he's playing for the FG and leaving Wisco with no time.

They were just talking about how he made from 57 earlier this year. Plus....he may have been kicking into the wind earlier. They mentioned that he's got the wind at his back now.
 

This could be a win-win for the Gophers. Whiskey goes down and we get more of Lovie at Illinois. Huge kick.
