With Rutgers losing last night, either them or us is going to have a real shitty opinion about their team this time next week.

Boy did Wisconsin play like shit. They really had 2 winnable games left, Maryland and us and they blew that one. Anything can happen in rivalry games but if they come in on a 9 game losing streak, I like our chances.

In 2023 we got beat 49-30 by a very bad Purdue team, which was the last time we played them. I don't think we are good enough to assume we are going to blow out a FBS team.

Another example of why preseason and early season rankings are dumb. LSU rose up to #3 solely because of their win at Clemson. A Clemson team that is about to be 1-3 by losing to Syracuse today. If rankings were done today for the first time, there’s no way LSU would be #3.

Shocking, but explosive plays are really helping Michigan. The gotta be almost FBS record setting lack of explosive plays the last four or five years within our program probably explains a lot why we’ve had mediocre records at the end of each year.
