Week 14 Other Games Thread

I hope D'Antonio has a better prevent than Jim Caldwell.

Hope D'Antonio doesn't smile. I think the last time he did he had a heart attack.

Incredible drive by MSU. Even better that it knocks herky out of the playoffs.

Oh look, the Hogeyes finally played an FBS team not out 11 injuries or first-year head coach and.....

lost.

That Scott kid must have meat-hooks for hands.

Again, gotta make ya think. Gophers out 5 OL and with a FR RB, put 35 on that 'vaunted' defense, at Kinnick.

Huh..

They took them to wire which is more than people thought.

The better team won tonight. MSU has the better defense and they'll be tough on offense when Cook has 3 weeks off to rest his shoulder.

Iowa played well, and Beathard is really good. MSU, even banged up is just better overall and gives us a better chance in the playoff.

No question. Hawkeyes played really well and within themselves. Had a really solid game plan that they executed very well.

Get out the paddles, D'Antonio just smiled.

If Michigan St. wins the championship, the kid who fractured his hip scoring the TD on that blocked punt against Michigan deserves a statue.

Thankfully, MSU pulled that out. They will have to play much, much better to play with Clemson/OU/Alabama let alone win a game.

Good for MSU. This will really stick in Harbaugh's craw.

Connor Cook MVP? What a joke. Voters must not have watched the game.

Not getting that one. Not that MVP should boil down to one play, but Cox' interception in the end zone is probably the biggest play of the game.

battles like crazy and gets the KEY 1st down on 4th down with the game literally on the line. without that game is over and done. would have to say that play made him the MVP.

The worst part is he wouldn't give his opinion on the other Big Ten teams. WTF you're there for analysis, I presume? I get the real strong feeling he's the Monson. Who's the Few?

Yeah, he had a rough game (by his standards) but he made some clutch plays including some big thows despite playing with a bad wing. Mitch Leidner carved up that secondary for cripes sake.

Yeah. If only are defense would have played like MSU. We would have had a repeat of last year's game against Iowa!

Let's take a second to recognize that Northwestern played spoiler in the CFP. I thought I'd never see the day.

My Grandma could of got that first down. "Battles like crazy"? He ran untouched to the 3 and got tackled. "Battled like crazy" is defined by the RB.
