Need them to be ranked 5th in the country when we march in there at HOPEFULLY 5-1! Nothing will catapult us into the top 10 at 6-1 and just beat PSU at Beaver!

Plus I hate Michigan!!

If we want to win the west we need more big ten wins. Couldn't care less about the rankings. Would rather have Michigan beat Penn State as it would give us better insight into what we need to do to beat them next week. If we want to make it to Indy, we ideally would like to play a lesser PSU team. Michigan also looks like the better-suited team to upset OSU in the east and I would rather play them than the buckeyes, assuming we make it to Indy. Total bummer that college gameday isn't there also. Hate both these teams too and I respect your take.

It is interesting to think about though, what happens if the Gophers win back to back road games against top 25 teams? Then you beat Rutgers and are 7-1 right before the first CFP rankings come out...top 15 team by November?
