Video of Fleck locker room surfing after game

Part of PJ’s schtick is the post win locker room surfing and sprinting to the other side of the field at the end of the quarter. Completely harmless.

Who's bothered? They should keep doing it if it makes them happy, but it's like a little kid banging on a pot with a spoon - it stops being cute after a while.
Pretty simple solution for those that don't like it or are bored with it. Don't go to the thread about it and click on the video and then complain about it.

I and I get the feeling quite a few others like that they post the celebration and still enjoy watching it.

Yes, there are quite a few simpletons out there.

Very true!! But we also have no clue what goes on in that locker room or how this started, unless I missed it which is very possible. This could be something the players started, it could have been tossed out as one in a possible numerous number of scenarios they picked from. I don't know. And while I agree it's different(even weird, lol) it's hard to judge it as a selfish act of the coach without knowing context.
They did it at Western Michigan as well

Appreciate the post and the sentiment.

Massive (for me, in my book) difference between KOC game balls and your experience vs. Fleck crowd surfing: yours and KOC's make it about the players, rather than about the coach !
Here is a wild idea...how about you ask the players what they think since it is all about them?

Nah you have to make it all about you...YOU dont like it so its bad. To hell with what they think...

I know...and 80 is the new 45 but at least wear some damn googles with all those hands pushing up. I dunno man...I'll stick with he's crazy. :)
The way I'm feeling these days, 72 is the new 90!

Seriously, I have no problem with the players tossing Fleck around. As Harrymanback77 said, it's about team building and who started or why it started is really immaterial. Fleck doesn't give out 29 game balls, but he is very supportive of his players publicly.

To be fair, it appears the players enjoy it more than anyone else including Fleck so as long as that's still the case, I see zero problem with it. If it ever gets to a point it feels like its forced, then it's time to stop.

We're not in the locker room so who knows, it's possible this has continued because the players want it.

Agreed, and at the end of the day this is what wins the point.

(Would any player actually admit it? Well anyway)

It must really suck to be this miserable all the time. You and caligopher must be huge hits at parties...
I'm a lot of fun at parties.

I don't have someone take a video of it to prove it and post it on the internet to document how affable I am, however, so you'll have to trust me on that.

I prefer to keep it real and between the people it matters to, that's just a personal preference.

That is such a cynical way to look at things. Too each their own I guess.

They post a 10 second clip of the team celebrating after a game on social media....there doesn't have to be some bigger meaning or motivation behind it....it can just be a cool video of the coach and players having fun after a win.
