The video says they are releasing the unveiling portion of the "event" on Friday. That wasn't their reaction to the jerseys.

I guess what I got from that was they showed that teaser video to the football team and that was their response. The twitter post says the teaser video got the team hyped... My response to said video of a hyped team, was they weren't very hyped....

Without a doubt. My "hype" for the season is similar to the players in that video -- hesitant yet wanting something to get excited about.

I heard this statement from a Hawks fan today (and I think it's indicative of the current state of affairs in Iowa City):

"Hey, at least we will LOOK good as we get POUNDED by you guys!"

This same fan used to throw terms like "Kinnick North, Our recruiting grounds, etc" He no longer says those things! LOL
