More than three dozen members of the Gophers’ last Big Ten championship football team 50 years ago were to be surprised when each saw his nameplate atop lockers in Minnesota’s spacious stadium dressing room Saturday. Each was to be given large replicas of their title rings attached to a plaques as mementos.
