He is our most consistent three-point shooter. I would even say our best right now. Also, he got two times the minutes that Welch got yesterday.

Welch and Andre Hollis are our best three point shooters, going off the small sample size this year and anointing Maverick is foolish. Austin Hollins will hit a few as well. Rodney is capable of making them too.
It's not a strength, but we have some guys who can make them. I think Welch will make a bunch of big 3-pointers this season playing off the ball.

Welch was in foul trouble all game. He is also a much more consistent shooter.

I hope you're right about Welch. We good use a great clutch shooter. Last year, he missed some really crucial free throws in a couple of key places, and if he has that out of his system, I think he could be a key cog this year.

Missed free throws in crunch time are pretty memorable. They call them "free" for a reason. You are right though, he did make some big plays, its not fair to judge his "clutch" ability on the free throws alone, and I'm hoping we get some more of those threes against this season. I think he has a pretty good year for us.
