All joking aside, Bobby Johnson has done a great job at Vandy. He hasn't announced his reason yet, but at age 60 I would guess that it is a permanent retirement.

My guess is stress. Dick Sheridan, who Johnson coached for at Furman, did the same thing (resigned in July) in 1993 from NCSU. Too bad, Johnson seems like a really good person.

Ha. If it was Kevin Stallings the rumors would be flying. Awful late in the game to be looking for a coach. I'd guess it's a lock they'll have an interim this year.
